Brian P. Mack

Brian began his law career in 1988 after graduating with honors from law school. Initially working at insurance defense law firms where he defended insurance companies and their insureds, he learned how employers and their insurance companies think and operate and developed an acute awareness of the unique needs of injured workers and how best to protect their rights.

Brian opened his own law firm in 2003, focusing his practice on the representation of persons who are injured in workers compensation and personal injury matters. Since then, Brian has handled thousands of injury claims, and recovered millions of dollars for people who have been hurt. But most importantly, he has the satisfaction of being an advocate for those who are in need of representation for their physical and emotional injuries.

Brian achieved great success in the Federal trial courts and has tried several cases in the US District Court in Chicago. As an accomplished appellate attorney, Brian has personally handled multiple appeals before Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Brian also represents individuals as well as small and medium sized businesses in a variety of matters, including commercial disputes, bankruptcy litigation, and transfers of annuity streams.

Brian graduated from the University of Michigan in 1985 and the University of Dayton School of Law in 1988. He is a member of all Illinois and Indiana State and Federal bars. He is involved in several charity and community organizations and is a board member of Catholic Charities in Chicago and the Small Business Advocacy Council. Brian has been a member of Immaculate Conception Saint Joseph church for the past 25 years. He lives happily in the north side of Chicago with his wife, Katie, and their 4 children and dog Piper.
